Methodology
End-to-end journeys. I start from what real users do: sign up, configure, order, pay, report. Each journey runs to completion for each role.
Exploratory testing. Structured sessions around risky areas such as permissions, money, state changes, and imports, looking for what the test plan didn't anticipate.
Network and API inspection. For every action I check what the browser actually sends and receives. Many serious defects are only visible there.
Controlled reproduction. Each defect is reduced to the smallest reliable set of steps, with the request and response that prove it.
Defect isolation and root-cause analysis. When several symptoms appear, controlled experiments find the shared cause, so developers fix one thing instead of chasing ten tickets.
Regression verification. Fixes are retested, along with the areas around them.
